For the final event of the academic year, the East Asia History Reading Group will host a discussion of North Korea’s Mundane Revolution: Socialist Living and the Rise of Kim Il Sung, 1953–1965 by Andre Schmid (link goes to eBook) on May 30 (Thu), 5-6:30 PM at the Stansky Lounge (3rd Floor, Rm 302) in Building 200 (History Department). Claudius Kim has generously agreed to lead the discussion.
