Dissertation: The Making of an Improbable Global Market: Coffee (1808-1850)

This fellowship, funded by the Tinker Foundation endowment and administered by the Center for Latin American Studies, supports Stanford doctoral students in year 6 or above whose work in any discipline demonstrates the promise of future achievement in Latin American Studies, and whose commitment and tangible contributions to the advancement of Latin American Studies on campus are sustained and well-documented.
