Professor Findlen receives grant from Samuel H. Kress Foundation

Professor Paula Findlen has received a grant from the Samuel H. Kress Foundation for her Global Florence: The World of Francesco Carletti, 1573-1636/Firenze globale: il mondo di Francesco Carletti, 1573-1636. 

Administered by Program in History and Philosophy of Science (HPS), the project involved includes a conference and a exhibition that bring audiences and scholars across to globe to explore the artistic responses to the Carletti circumnavigation.
