The Supreme Court vs. the Framers

Jonathan Gienapp, professor of history and law and Stanford University, joins Mike Sacks of Court Accountability Action. Gienapp, a constitutional historian, draws on his historical research to show that the Roberts Court's originalist rulings and our modern acceptance of judicial supremacy are at odds with the founding generation's own understanding of how to interpret our constitution and who gets to decide what it means.
