I am a PhD candidate in history of science, working at the intersection of science and technology studies, U.S. intellectual and political history, and international relations. My dissertation focuses on state-sponsored nutrition and food science in World War II and the Cold War, asking how nutrition became entangled with national defense. In my time at Stanford, I have also completed a PhD minor in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and worked as a researcher at Gendered Innovations in Science, Health & Medicine, Engineering, and Environment.
