Jon Cooper is a PhD candidate in History at Stanford University, with a broad focus on intellectual history in early modern Europe. His dissertation project is provisionally entitled “Dealing with Money: A Genealogy of Economic Theology in England, c. 1560-1620".
He is also the Founder of Leo, a document management and transcription platform designed for professional historians, archivists, and family researchers that uses cutting-edge AI to transform images of historical manuscripts into searchable plain text.
