I am interested in applications of digital media in scholarship and art, particularly 3D, spatial, and interactive technologies. My dissertation work, on procedural modeling for archaeological reconstruction, received the 2014 Fortier Prize for best paper by a young scholar at the international Digital Humanities conference. I held postdoctoral fellowships in digital and spatial history at UNC - Chapel Hill and Rice University before joining Stanford in 2019.
