Meade Klingensmith is a doctoral candidate in Modern British History specializing in British imperialism in the Middle East and international anti-colonial movements. His in-progress dissertation examines British activism on Palestine, 1929-49, with a theoretical focus on the possibilities of solidarity between colonizers and the colonized.
