B.A. Studio Art, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Sarah is a multidisciplinary creative — with formal training in art and historic preservation. She is pursuing a PhD in History to further explore how cultural heritage and history are preserved through materials, aesthetic, place, and memory. Sarah is particularly drawn to places circumscribed by rural Southern geographies — captivated by the region’s radical relationship to land and how the ripples of these relationships have transformed the fabric and spirit of our country. Sarah has over a decade of experience working in arts and heritage management, curatorial practices and wardrobe styling.
